If youre looking for a quality camera system with no problems, then look somewhere else. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Problem after problem Im wondering if we should all sign on to a class action lawsuit? This whole mess is ridiculous

The only way I found to use the app remotely is to set it up with quick DDNS. Once it set it up using quick DDNS I was able to view the cameras from outside my home.

Does what I need it to. Playback and stuff works for me. Be nice if I could configure the feeds to automatically be HD quality.

Login timeout all the time! Please go back to the previous version; it worked great! This is symbolic garbage!!

This app needs to be fixed soon. I cant believe my alarm company pick this app. Will not work with my iPad.

Upgraded phones and now app doesnt work with new iOS 10. My provider is not the problem its your system.please fix This asap

After iOS 10 update this app stopped working and then started to work for one day and then stopped again. Please fix this situation fast. What good is it having cameras if you cant see them on your phone. By the way I have the app on the iPad and it works fine how about putting that app on the I phone if you cant make the iPhone work properly.

Prior to your update, I would give 5, but since your latest update I cannot view my property from my iPhone. I turned my phone off and on again, but that didnt fix the problem. Before the update I could view all cameras successfully and quickly. With this update it just spins and never connects. Please fix the problem so I can again see my propertys cameras.

Why would you release an update before testing that it actually works? I have both free and paid version and they dont work. It use to work but on iphone 6S it always need to reconnect from scratch. On iphone 7 and ios10 it never worked.

This is leaps and bounds better than the older version. The capabilities on this application are very user friendly and as long as you have a strong Internet connection both ways, the app will work like a dream.
