Was good. Now after new update wont do anything. It will start but all functions are non functional. Deleting

Update: Still awful after the latest bug fix update. There is an identical app called EVOPLUSLITE The update has ruined this app. Its incredibly slow to show my camera feeds now. When it does show up, the video is very jerky or one or two frames a second. Please fix it!

Ever since the update to 3.39 the favorites do not work properly. I used to be able to open the program, choose the star, and choose the play button next to the favorite I had ore programmed. Now, I have to press the icon next to the star (not even sure what it is...it shows 4 boxes with a clock on the bottom right) then my cameras come up. Please fix this.

With the upgrade my iPhone plus, your picture from the camera does not loaded and if it does maybe just one, and it said failed to upload, you guys need to go back to Geek squad and get it together our live and homes depend on this app, what are you guys waiting for, fix the app, have your developer fix it with your geek squad, if not put back the old version, it work just fine, PH-I:.32(PM) Cataño, a Puerto Rico

I was having problems viewing my cameras on my iPhone after the they updated the software. Today I deleted the the existing device from the app and re-added the device (using p2p) to the app, problem solved. I no long get the unable to load camera message. If you are having problems loading your camera live images after the updates, try what I did and see if it helps you.

Hello, Could you please send me or add in the app description the differences between the Lite Version and the Pro Version? What are the added features or benefits of the Pro Version over the free Lite Version. Thanks!

It has lost the ability to view a snapshot picture in the photo album, cannot access snapshots anywhere on Iphone

I like the app, but right now.. playback is not working on the iPhone version. I get ‘Failed to play’ message at the bottom of the camera window. Interestingly, playback works fine on the iPad version.

Like the new look but either the PTZ functionality is either gone or hard to find. Bring back the old version.

Cannot log in to my Dropbox account that now uses two-step password auth (TOTP). Please fix this.

Very slow and very bad

Can you make an update where it allows you to only view as many cameras as you have. And not the basic 4,9,16. Its Annoying to see the black screens that the cameras arent using. Also can you make and option for the best resolution to be the best option. Instead on me having to go to each camera and switch it myself.

I tried to update and now its stuck in update mode.

This app was great for my small business. But ever since the update none if us have been able to load the live preview.

I have a major problem with this app. Most of the time while watching live view it brings up it gets stuck. If I go out and come back in it wont load the picture. Gives me logout time error?

It says timeout when I try to turn the camera on. Before this update it let me!!!!!
