After my last update it wont let me go back and rewind the same day, I have to wait the next day to see what happened, plz fix the problem

Prior to the update it worked amazing. Not a glitch or problem at all. Since the update I get a time out circle of death. And are unable to view my cams remotely. Thanks for making sure your "update" works before launching.

Fix the app hasnt worked in weeks since the update

This app is terrible! I cant access the cameras and I keep getting error codes/messages and there is nowhere to figure out what they mean. I use this to watch my baby while hes in daycare. I chose that particular daycare cause of this feature and figured Id have peace of mind but no....

I updated my IPhone 4 and now I cant see the cameras. Please fix ASAP!! Update: this was fixed a few days after I wrote this but only lasted about one month. So today November 2, 2016 again it stopped working on my iPhone 4. However it does work on my iPad. Please repair the application.

If you dont understand basic port forwarding or DNS servers I would advise professional assistance for setting up this. As for operation its fairly basic and works VERY RELIABLY once configured properly. I never have a problem viewing my cameras or searching playback. Be sure to use a strong password! Thank you Dahua for a great application and product.

It stopped working a week after I installed this app. I tried to update the app every time they released the new version. Its still doesnt work. I used the QR code to view my security cameras. Please fix!

App does not work anymore Sales plummet due to this inconvenience. Please fix

This was an awesome app until it stopped working last week.

Ever since I left, it was saying "Login Refresh" or something, I tried deleting it through my Home Screen Belt(?) but the login request still did not pop up. I am very disappointed since I am no longer allowed to view my business. :(

Very convenient to use, easy to check up on the store/home etc. Only problem is the playback only works for 1 hour… what if i need to check before that?

This app was working great. Now it wont connect. Nothing has changed in my system. Is this app no longer working ? I will rate 5 stars because when it worked it was great
