Will not do anything! Wont even keep my computer information at all either. Cant use to check house very frustrating

It just doesnt work and when it does it gets disconnected. At least Im glad I didnt spend any money on the Plus version. When I called and asked for help no one ever responded.

Wireless, 4G, 3G, Ive tried all the tube connections so I know the tubes arent clogged. This app stinks.

Getting my account was painful and it fails every three days until I stopped seeing the cameras.

Works great I can view all my cameras (7) live video and playback.

Will not work on my ipad2 with wi-fi. Sound quality poor on live view

I just got a data usage alert from my carrier. I tracked down my usage to this app. its a complete HOG!! please optimize your data usage and give users the ability to request lower quality when over cell data

IDK why others users are having bad reviews. This app works perfect with my cameras. Its possible they may be using different types of camera system that is not compatible.

Had the old app on my iPhone 6 Plus now since this app updated its software it is not working all the settings are the same now I cant see whats going on in my establishment I tried to delete it and do all over from scratch still doesnt work whats wrong with this picture ???? Very frustrated need this to work for security reasons ???

Last update fixed all the problems with this app, especially the connection issues & lag... App works great now.

Cant watch my cameras unless im in the same wifi, i try and scan the bar code in p2p option and it doesnt scan it need a fix fast

Purchased the plus version less than six months ago. Now with the update its as if it never existed in my iPhone 6s and wants me to purchase it again. Its a scam. Their "support" link is inactive as well. Ridiculous. There should be a class action suit against this type of activity.
